Your account

Delete your account, completely.

You can delete your Replay account whenever you want, and deletion is real. It removes your account and everything tied to it. This page explains how to do it and exactly what it removes.

Delete from inside the app

Open Replay, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. You confirm once, and the deletion runs. This is the fastest way, and it is always available while you have the app.

What deleting removes

When you delete your account, we remove:

  • Your account itself, including your sign-in and profile.
  • Your entries: everything you have captured and reflected on.
  • The encrypted content stored on our server, deleted from our systems.
  • The local data held on your device by the app.

Because your content is end-to-end encrypted with a key only you hold, we cannot read it while you have an account, and once it is deleted, we cannot recover it. There is no backup we can restore it from. Deletion is permanent, by design. If you want a copy of anything, export it from the app before you delete.

If you no longer have the app

If you have already removed Replay from your device, you can still request deletion by email. Write to support@construktr.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm control of that address, delete the account and its data, and let you know when it is done.

Deleting the app on its own does not delete your account, and it does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
