Safety
The honest boundaries of this tool.
Replay helps couples capture real moments and see the patterns in them. That is all it does, and it matters that we say plainly what it does not do.
Replay is not therapy. It is not medical or mental health care. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not emergency services. No pattern, summary, or companion conversation in Replay is professional advice, and nothing about Replay is a substitute for a qualified professional when one is needed.
If you need help now

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US and Canada).
A note on abuse and control
Replay is built for couples working on ordinary friction: recurring arguments, misunderstandings, distance. If what is happening in your relationship involves fear, control, threats, or harm, that is not a communication pattern, and no app is the right tool. Please reach out to the National Domestic Violence Hotline or a trusted professional. Your safety comes before any pattern.
If anything on this site or in the app ever seems to promise more than a tool honestly can, we want to know: support@construktr.ai.
